Rosedale Residential is a Puget Sound based commercial and multifamily real estate investment company founded in 2014. Their main focus is on providing affordable housing units in the Greater Seattle area. The overall goal was to create a memorable logomark that would act as the cornerstone for future marketing and brand components. Our solution was a interwoven "RR" monogram within the framework of a stylized crest reinforcing overall brand attributes of quality, affordability, safety, and integrity.
